How to Enroll
Crosstown cares for children ages six weeks through Pre-Kindergarten.
To enroll your child in Crosstown's early childhood education program exclusive of TPS Pre-K, you will need the following:
- Current immunization records
- Most recent well-child checkup report
- Copy of health insurance verification
- Completed Crosstown enrollment packet (available from Kathryn Black; please call her at 918-582-1457 to make an appointment)
- $50 enrollment fee (for the first child; $15 for each additional child) payable by cash, check, or money order
To enroll your child in TPS Pre-K, you will need all of the above, plus the following:
- State-issued original or certified copy of your child's birth certificate
- Proof of residence (utility bill, in the name of the enrolling parent(s))
- Copy of photo ID (driver's license, passport, state-issued ID card)
- Completed TPS enrollment packet (available from our Family Support Specialist Angela Sutterfield; please call her at 918-582-1457 to make an appointment)
Spots in Crosstown's before- and after care for TPS Pre-K are limited; they will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. If your child is not currently enrolled at Crosstown, the enrollment fee for before- and after care for TPS Pre-K is $50 for the first child, $15 for each additional child.
We invite you to tour our center any time. Please call 918-582-1457 to make an appointment, or email Angela at asutterfield@crosstowntulsa.org, or you are welcome to come by without an appointment to fill out an interest form, and you will be contacted to schedule a tour.
Crosstown gladly accepts DHS, Cherokee, and Creek Nation subsidies. Please contact those subsidy-granting agencies directly for information on how to enroll your children in Crosstown through their program.
