Staff

Crosstown Learning Center has more than 40 employees, which include teachers, support staff and administration. Our administration is made up of a managing director and two assistant directors.

We pride ourselves on the education level of our staff. Our assistant directors hold bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Development and a master’s in Early Childhood Education. Our teachers hold Child Development Associate certification, Certificate of Mastery degrees in Early Childhood Education, associate’s degrees, and bachelor's degrees.

We are committed to the professional development of our staff. Each classroom staff member completes a minimum of 40 hours per year of training in Early Childhood Education.
